Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding API keys, ensuring lawful use of the service, and compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activities, reverse engineering, or reselling without authorization. Rate limits apply per your plan.
SLA and uptime
Enterprise SLAs are defined in your order form. Credits apply for verified downtime exceeding SLA thresholds.
Limitation of liability
Service provided "as is" within SLA bounds. Liability capped to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
