Our role
FraudDefense acts as a data processor when handling end-user data on behalf of customers (data controllers). We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.
EU data residency
Enterprise customers can elect EU-only data processing with infrastructure in Frankfurt and Dublin regions.
Lawful basis
Processing is based on legitimate interest (fraud prevention) and contractual necessity for service delivery.
Data subject rights

Controllers should direct data subject requests to their privacy team. FraudDefense assists controllers in fulfilling requests within 30 days.
Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors is available upon request. We provide 30 days notice before adding new sub-processors.
